Marutou wasabi Farm is a small wasabi farmer in the back of the mountain in Izu.

We’ve been growing wasabi for four generations.  Hidden away in a small farming village in the mountains of the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture in central Japan, we produce our wasabi with the help of water from abundant mountain springs.

Our wasabi is delivered to you fresh, direct from the farm where it was produced.
Try the taste of real wasabi, a spicy seasoning indispensable to the Japanese who have loved it since ancient times.

As we continue to refine our daily efforts to produce even better wasabi, we aim to keep you informed at periodic intervals about wasabi and our work in the rural community.
